TOUBKAL via OUKEIMEDEN

This tour operates from April to the end of September

Day 1 :
You are met on arrival at Marrakech airport and transferred to the hotel the afternoon is free.

Day 2 :
Early in the morning we leave Marrakech towards Oukeimeden where our Trek starts, passing by Oukeimeden's Col (the site of Engraving) then will go down to village where the cultures are on terraces. We 'll spend our night in Imsourene.

Day 3 :
We leave a small valley of Assif N'Ouagadir, then we reach the beautiful gardens of El Bour passing by a small village of Tinourhar. We'll pass by Tizi El Bour (1500 m) to reach a great valley of l'assif Aït Mizane .

Day 4 :
After the village of Imi Ourlad (1400 m) we'll pass to Techt's col (2000m) where we'll have a splendid panorama of the whole valley. Then we descend to Tiziane where we camp for the night.

Day 5 :
We have to go up until Tizi'N'Tiziane (2400 m) and to descend in great valley of Tisgui and then we reach Tikent village, here we camp for the night.

Day 6 :
We go up to TiziN'Tougdalt (2700m); we descend to Tizi Oussem's valley our camp is in Azib Tamsoult.

Day 7 :
We go up to Tizi Mzik and descend to Armed village. We then reach Imlil where we meet our vehicles to go to Marrakech and spend the night in the hotel.

Day 8 :
Airport transfer for your flight home.

Morocco can be visited all the year although the winter months can be wet in the north. The Atlas mountains have snow in the winter and so are best between April and October. The desert to the south of the Atlas is cooler between October and April.
