Novotel Mt. Meru
Nestled at the foot of Mount Meru, the Novotel Mount Meru is the
ideal starting point for safaris to the Northern Circuit. 192 rooms
offering views of the Golf Course on one side, and the Mountain
on the other. The hotel also has several restaurants, shops, a swimming
pool and conference facilities.
Hotel Impala
Set in a peaceful and beautifully landscaped garden with a profusion
of flowers, birds and butterflies, the Impala Hotel offers a full
range of facilities to cater to the holiday visitors and business
tourists alike. The hotel consist of 61 comfortably furnished rooms,
a conference room and a gift shop amongst other facilities. It is
particularly known for its lunch buffets.
Mountain Village
Overlooking Lake Duluti, this lodge has forty cottages with individual
hot water systems. On a clear day, it is possible to enjoy snow
capped views of Mount Kilimanjaro. A walking bird-watching safari
around the lake is available.
The Arusha
The hotel offers 65 ensuite bedrooms which are all stylishly complete
with direct dial telephone, satellite television, safe, and interior
decor matching 5 star standards. Located in the center of Arusha
city, the hotel is famous for its rolling lawn and lush tropical
gardens which is home to a variety of bird life and exotic plants.
Arusha Coffee Lodge
Inspired by the grace and romance of a fine 'old-time' coffee plantation,
guests can anticipate accommodation of the highest standard with
21 private chalets featuring multi-level areas, huge balconies and
beautiful fireplaces. Each chalet has its own coffee grinder and
percolator in the spirit of a true coffee estate experience.
Moivaro Lodge
The lodge is located in the midst of a coffee plantation, about
25 minutes out of the city of Arusha. The hotel features a swimming
pool, restaurant and bar, souvenir shop and massage room. Guest
rooms all have their own veranda from where you can enjoy beautiful
views of Mount Meru.
Dik Dik Hotel
Located at the foot of Mount Meru, this exclusive hotel is managed
and run by a Swiss family. Offering high standards of service, the
hotel consists of 18 double suites. All rooms have mini-bars and
other amenities. The restaurant is situated amidst beautiful surroundings
and a bird lake.
Ngare Sero
Situated on the slopes of Mt. Meru at an altitude of 1200 meters.
A spring is born in the forest beside the lodge and runs into a
lake full of tropical plants, which forms an ideal bird sanctuary
of incredible beauty. From the veranda, you can see the snow capped
peak of Kilimanjaro on clear days.
Kia Lodge
Situated on the open savannah not far from the airprot, this new
lodge has magnificent views of Kilimanjaro.

Moshi
Mountain Inn
Situated about 6 kms out of Moshi Town on the way to Marangu, Mt.
Inn is a budget standard lodge. Accommodation consists of 14 doubles
and 4 single rooms each of them having a private bath with hot water
showers. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Facilities
include a bar and balcony resturant.
Marangu Hotel
Situated on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro, 6 kilometres from the
point from where climbers begin and end their climb. It stands in
twelve acres of mature, well laid out gardens. It offers magnificent
views of Kilimanjaro's twin peaks ice capped Kibo and rocky
Mawenzi. Guest accommodation is provided in cottages around the
grounds. All rooms have private bathrooms with bath or shower. For
recreation, the hotel has a croquet lawn.
Capricorn Hotel
Situated at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro at an altitude of 1,700
meters and located less then three kms from the Marangu gate. The
Hotel has 25 ensuite self contained rooms, overlooking the surrounding
gardens and lush greenery.
Protea Aishi Machame
Situated at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Aishi is located a few
kilometres from the Machame Gate where climbers commence their ascent
of this most majestic mountain by way of the picturesque Machame
Trail. All en-suite bedrooms have just been completely refurbished
and a restaurant and bar is available at the hotel. Nature walks
and cultural tours around the area can also be organised by the
hotel.

Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara Hotel
Built on the tip of the great Rift Valley, 4,500 feet above sea
level, the lodge offers magnificent panoramic views of the national
park below, and of the seemingly unending surrounding landscape.
Each of the 100 rooms are strategically placed to offer unique views
of the surroundings.
Kirurumu Tented Lodge
A luxury tented lodge built on the Gregorian Escarpment of the Great
Rift Valley. Set in this stunning location, it overlooks a spectacular
panorama across Lake Manyara to Mount Losimongori and miles of seemingly
untouched Africa. Kirurumu is sympathetically and unobtrusively
built of local materials, inspired by the nearby traditional Mbulu
(Iraqw) tribal dwellings.
The well spaced tents are private and secluded, each raised on a
base of natural stone. Bedrooms are comfortable with twin or double
beds with duvets. The modern en-suite bathrooms have hot and cold
water and flush toilets.
Lake Manyara Serena Lodge
The abundant birdlife of Lake Manyara was the inspiration for this
5-star lodge. The unique location of the lodge, also overlooking
the soda lake, allows observation of many large and small colourful
birds moving in circles and spirals. All 62 bedrooms and the swimming
pool take full advantage of the breathtaking view.
Lake Manyara Tree Lodge
The lodge is a sophisticated blend of intimacy and romance, offering
privacy and exclusivity in cool, leafy surrounds. Each of the ten
tree houses have been built on stilts, in the boughs of ancient
mahogany trees, discreetly tucked away in the forest. The tree houses
have been crafted from local timber and makuti (palm fronds) and
feature large open decks and spacious rooms with large windows to
invite the flourishing forest into the luxurious elegance of each
room.
E Unoto Lodge
The lodge has 25 spacious bungalows, featuring an internal diameter
of 28 feet. Four rooms are honeymoon suites and four others specially
designed to accommodate our handicapped guests. Overlooking Lake
Miwaleni, the external surface of the rooms have a Maasai boma appearance,
with a unique, exquisite, internal decorative Maasai theme. There
is also a Maasai guided Cultural Excursion, walking to the nearby
Maasai village where you can see their homesteads, meet the tribe,
and learn about their culture.

Serengeti National Park
Seronera Wildlife Lodge
Built into a series of massive rocks, the lodge is situated in the
heart of the Serengeti and is ideal for witnessing the seasonal
migration of vast herds of plains animals. The Lodge has seventy
five rooms with private bathrooms.
Serengeti Sopa Lodge
This lodge is constructed in the intriguing style of Masai Manyatta,
each building with rounded corners and flat roofs. The complex is
superbly situated in the Nyarboro Hills, an area of intense natural
beauty. The acacia woodland on the lower slopes of the hills and
the all-year-round springs have created an ideal habitat for many
species of game living in this area. The elevated position of the
lodge provides guests with a cooling breeze above the sunbaked plains
and sweeping panoramic views of timeless Africa.
Serengeti Serena Lodge
Serengeti Serena Lodge is set high on a hill with breathtaking vistas
of a landscape teeming with game. The wildlife defines the Serengeti
countless zebra, buffalo, gazelle, wildebeest, and other species
make it their home. Big game feed in full view of the lodge itself.
The terrain is the main stage for the great wildebeest migrations,
an awesome spectacle involving millions of these beasts.
The lodge design is simple but stunning. Inspired by a traditional
African village, separate rondavel 'huts' house the luxury guest
rooms. From the overall impressions to the smallest detail, the
lodge is rich in local atmosphere created by indigenous handicrafts
and art.
Lobo Wildlife Lodge
Considered to be one of the most beautiful lodges in Tanzania, its
beauty can be described as breathtaking. It is built into the faults
and contours of a massive rock promontory overlooking the Serengeti
Plains. At Lobo, a variety of wildlife can be easily viewed from
the bedroom window, the swimming pool and the rock-top. A short
drive away leads one into the heart of the Serengeti Plains teeming
with wildlife.
Migration Camp
The lodge is located in the Northern Corridor of the park, on the
main wildebeest migration route between the Serengeti and the Maasai
Mara. The migration seasons at camp are centred around July and
November when the herds pass through the area, sometimes crossing
the river right in front of the camp. Additionally there is good
resident game throughout the year.
Kirawira Luxury Tented Camp (Seronera)
This luxury tented camp is located on the Kirawira hills in the
western corridor of Serengeti overlooking the famous Grumeti River
with its giant crocodiles. Only 25 double tents have been built
at this camp, each one incorporating its own solar heated shower.
Grumeti River Camp
The camp is located in a secret valley in the western corridor of
the Serengeti. The Camp overlooks a tributary of the Grumeti River,
alive with grunting hippo and silently basking crocodiles. Only
ten custom-made self-contained tents are available, each with private
shower and WC.
Kleins Camp
Located on a private ranch on the north-eastern boundary of the
Serengeti National Park, offering high standards of comfort to guests
in eight tastefully furnished cottages, built of local rock with
African thatched roofs.

Ngorongoro Crater
Ngrongoro Wildlife Lodge
The lodge is perched on the rim of the crater, offering a breath
taking view of the crater. It is 2,286 metres above sea level. 90
bedrooms in all, a lounge with panoramic windows and an observation
deck.
Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge
Spread along the uppermost rim of the Ngorongoro World Heritage
Site. The lodge offers breathtaking views of the crater floor far
below. At all Sopa lodges, each room is a suite with two Queen-Sized
beds.
Ngorongoro Serena Lodge
As if in a land before time, Ngorongoro Serena Lodge is built into
the rim of an extinct volcano, the plant and ivy-covered stone blending
masterfully with its surroundings. Today the surrounding landscape
is part of a vast conservation area inhabited by the Masai tribe,
as well as an extraordinary variety of big game and birdlife. Most
guest rooms have private terraces with views of the crater floor
where countless animals make their home. At Ngorongoro Serena Lodge
visitors co-exist in perfect harmony with the natural environment
and the wildlife that inhabits it.
Ngorongoro Crater Lodge
Perched on the edge of the ancient crater rim above the cool, swirling
mists, this architectural masterpiece in inspired by the Masai Manyatta.
Each suite is tendered by a personal butler, and are all en-suite
with a private deck and lounge with fireplace.
Gibbs Farm
A small and intimate hotel situated on the slopes of the Ngorongoro
Crater Highlands. It is a convenient stopover between Lake Manyara
National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Surrounded by coffee plantations
and the vegetable farm, with the rainforest of Ngorongoro above,
it has long views over lush and beautiful agricultural country.
The main facilities lounge, dining room, shop are
all situated in the old farmhouse, while sleeping accommodation
is in 15 double rooms.
Ndutu Safari Lodge
Situated in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, close to the Serengeti
National Park, overlooking Lake Ndutu. The lodge, a charming resort,
has tents and cabin accommodation facilities and is a strategic
base to watch the start of the wildebeest migration in the months
of May and June.

Tarangire National Park
Tarangire Safari Lodge
The Camp overlooks the wildlife migration routes from Maasailand
into and out of the Park. The 16 bedded camp is situated to take
advantage of expansive views over the Silale Swamp system. Only
two tents are close to each other, providing convenience for family
groups with children. Every tent has beautifully made local furniture
and is decorated with dried flowers and African fabrics. Each has
its own private en-suite shower and toilet. The camp is situated
on the bluff overlooking the Tarangire river an extremely
popular spot for resident animals.
Tarangire Sopa Lodge
The 'low profile' structure of this lodge is tucked away well into
a wooded hillside valley overlooking the Tarangire Hill. This splendid
lodge lives fully up to the 5 star reputation of the Sopa chain
of hotels scattered throughout the region.
Tarangire Tree Tops
This camp features 15 luxury en-suite tents, built atop tree-attached
platforms, overlooking the Tarangire Sand River. The camp has been
superbly blended into the environment with the sleeping platforms
built into a variety of Baobab, Mopani and Wild Fig trees. The dining
area is situated close to the swimming pool and elephant water hole.

Arusha National Park
Momella Lodge
A village of elegant grey and white huts with thatched roofs, with
50 rooms all comfortably furnished. It is an ideal stop over for
those wishing to spend a night in this park, or for those wishing
to climb Mt. Meru. The famous film by John Wayne 'HATARI'
was filmed here in 1960/1.
