Information Collection
Footloose Adventure Travel Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way other than what is disclosed in this statement. Footloose collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
Footloose has registration number Z8177452 with the Information Commissioner as required by the Data Protection Act.

Our Use of your Data
(1) Our primary goal in collecting your information is to provide you with the highest service when you request information or book a trip with Footloose.

(2) For the purpose of providing you with our services, including your flight, holiday or insurance, etc., we may disclose and process your information outside the UK/EEA. In order for you to travel abroad, it may be mandatory (as required by government authorities at the point(s) of departure and/or destination) to disclose and process your information for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. These requirements may differ depending on your destination and you are advised to check. Even if not mandatory, we may exercise our discretion to assist where appropriate.

(3) We may collect and process your information for the purposes set out in our registration with the Office of the Information Commissioner for business purposes to our service providers operating systems or business functions on our behalf (some of whom are located outside the UK/EEA). These business purposes include administration, providing services (and contacting you where necessary), customer care, service quality, business management and operation, risk assessment, security, fraud and crime prevention/detection, monitoring, research and analysis, marketing, customer purchasing preferences and trends, dispute resolution, credit checking and debt collection. We strive to protect your information and never reveal more than the minimum necessary.

(4) Information (such as health or religion) may be considered "sensitive personal data" under the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect it to cater to your needs or act in your interest, and we are only prepared to accept sensitive personal data on the condition that we have your positive consent. By booking with us you also agree for your insurers, their agents and medical staff to disclose relevant information and sensitive personal data to us in circumstances where we need to act on your behalf or in the interest of passengers or in an emergency.

(5) We may from time to time (typically every three months) contact you with information or a newsletter. We assume you agree to e-communications when you make an enquiry. All such non-personal communications have a clear and easy way of unsubscribing from future contact.

Security to Protect Your Information
When you pay for your holiday online, we use the latest secure server software (SSL) which encrypts your card details before it is sent. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us to prevent unauthorized access. Footloose strives to protect its users' personal information and privacy. We do not guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk. You acknowledge that you are aware of security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet environment.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. At present we do not use cookies on our site but reserve the right to do so in the future.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your postal/zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us.
